Hug it out

When we hug we receive a jolt of the “love or cuddle” hormone which is called Oxytocin
This hormonal surge helps us bond with the other person with a transfer of positive energy assisting you both to feel safer and supported.
Personally I like to hug “heart to heart” I feel we sink more into each other and connect even more.
